MY WASHING MACHINE IS FILLING UP BUT IS NOT GOING THE CYCLE TO WASH, RINSE, SPIN, AND DRAIN OUT THE WATER. RINSE, SPIN, DRY. WHAT'S CAUSING THIS AND HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.

There are two quick bursts of water. Machine clicks for load sensing. Motor start to try to spin but doesn't. Motor whines. After a couple of seconds, the motor shuts off. Lid doesn't unlock. I've gotten into the diagnostics to find any error codes. I've seen Error codes: 3, 4 and 14. Would I be able to reset a code so the spin happens?
