It discusses different ways of representing logic models but focuses particularly on the version developed by the University of Wisconsin which represents logic models in terms of inputs, outputs (activities and participation), short-term outcomes, medium-term outcomes, long-term outcomes, with the identification of assumptions and contributory factors
